This woman is a nightmare. I’m finally naming and This woman is a nightmare. I’m finally naming and shaming Isabel Patience Hart. She rented our house under false pretenses - claiming she earned £120,000pa. In November she stopped paying rent and she now owes us thousands of pounds. She’s moved from Brighton and Hove to the Isle of Wight, apparently, but we, her ex partner and various bailiffs are keen to track her down. She’s due in court tomorrow, I wonder if she’ll show up? If anyone has an address for her we would love to have it. I’ve never met anyone as deceitful and horrible before. She trashed our home and didn’t pay a single bill in a year. If she tries to rent from you for goodness sake don’t do it! Tenants have even more rights now than they did and she deceived us and our estate agent. She has two children and drinks heavily. We’re having to cancel my book launch on June 11 as a result of this situation. We don’t feel very comfortable having a party with mounting debts. Apologies if you were planning to come.
